The company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process pursuant to Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, order no. CP (IB) 03/MB/C-II/2020 dated March 09, 2021 whereby Mr. Gaurav Ashok Adukia is appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional.
The insolvency commencement date is March 19, 2021(i.e. the date of receipt of the order of the Honourable NCLT by the Interim Resolution Professional).
